Bringing Justice: Prosecuting a Violent Robbery Crew Turned Murderous

In one of the most challenging cases of his career, Jeremy prosecuted a violent crew of robbers who escalated to murder. Over the summer of 2018, the crew targeted at least four drug dealers, killing and burning their victims. The brutality included shooting one victim while he slept and another while he sat on the toilet.


Jeremy played a pivotal role in helping Erie Police Detectives link the crimes and led a two-week trial against the three "trigger pullers." Using video, physical evidence, DNA, social media, ballistics, cooperators, and reluctant witnesses, he pieced together the case to hold the crew accountable.


The verdict: all three were found guilty, receiving sentences of life plus 50 years, 77 years to life, and 46 years to life. Jeremy’s dedication ensured justice for these heinous crimes.
